ABOUT THE ROLE Our client, a U.S. behavioral health practice specializing in TMS with locations in Texas and Maryland, is looking for a sharp, detail-driven Medical Scribe & Personal Assistant to support their Medical Director directly. You'll be his trusted second set of hands — documenting clinical encounters in real time and keeping his day organized so he can focus fully on patient care. WHAT YOU'LL DO • Join the Medical Director remotely during patient rounds and scribe encounters accurately in real time • Prepare and organize clinical notes for his review and signature • Track priorities, follow-ups, and deadlines so nothing slips through the cracks • Provide personal assistant support — scheduling, reminders, and task tracking • Support medical billing tasks as needed • Maintain strict confidentiality across all patient and practice information WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR • Proven medical scribing experience • Strong command of medical terminology • Excellent organization and prioritization skills • Flexible availability — rounds can happen at any hour, so you must be comfortable working variable U.S. hours, including nights in Philippine time • Reliable internet and a quiet, professional workspace • Comfort working on a secure remote desktop • Willingness to complete HIPAA training and sign confidentiality agreements NICE TO HAVE • Medical billing experience (CPT/ICD-10 coding, claims) • Background in behavioral health, psychiatry, or TMS settings • Familiarity with EMRs like SimplePractice, TheraNest, or Tebra WHAT YOU'LL GET • Permanent work-from-home — 100% remote • Reliable, regular pay you can count on • Performance-based bonuses for strong performers • A supportive, structured team that has your back • Ongoing training and development • Long-term opportunities to grow with us SCHEDULE & SETUP This is a remote role open to Philippines-based applicants.
