Overview: The Bilingual Cold Caller will support a U.S.-based healthcare service provider by conducting outbound calls to potential partners across multiple states. The role focuses on introducing the company’s offerings, gathering feedback, and scheduling meetings to support business growth. Key Responsibilities: * Make outbound calls using provided contact lists. * Introduce products and services to potential clients. * Offer and schedule meetings or demos with the team. * Record feedback and update call logs with outcomes. * Maintain organized records of interactions. * Provide daily or weekly progress reports. * Participate in brief team check-ins as needed. Required Skills: * Experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, or client outreach preferred. * Strong verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish. * Professional and engaging phone demeanor. * Ability to follow scripts while keeping conversations natural. * Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace. * Comfortable using virtual phone systems (training provided). * Organized, detail-oriented, and accurate in tracking feedback. Tools & Support: * Call lists and scripts provided. * Access to a phone system with recording capability. * Communication and reporting via Google tools or similar platforms. Work Schedule: * 20 hours/week. * Monday–Friday. * 9 AM – 1 PM EST. * Potential increase in hours after a 2-week trial period.
