Requirements and responsibilities

We are seeking an Architectural CAD Drafter to support residential building projects by creating accurate 2D architectural drawings and 3D models based on provided instructions and markups. This is a contract-based role, paid hourly, on an as-needed basis. Work will be assigned based on project needs, with flexible scheduling. Responsibilities include: -Creating 2D residential architectural drawings such as floor plans, elevations, and sections -Producing 3D models for residential buildings as required -Revising drawings based on feedback and redlines -Ensuring accuracy in dimensions, layouts, and residential standards -Delivering work within agreed timelines Requirements -Strong experience using AutoCAD for residential architectural drafting -Ability to produce both 2D drawings and 3D models -Experience working with residential plans and layouts -Ability to follow written instructions and markups -Strong attention to detail and accuracy -Portfolio demonstrating residential 2D drawings and 3D models Preferred: -Experience with single-family or multi-family residential projects -Familiarity with other architectural CAD or 3D modeling software
