Podcast Pros offers podcast production and management for B2B Service providers as an outsourced turnkey service with a unique process. Through a robust set of processes that not only keeps the podcast's guest pipeline consistently full but also efficiently distributes the generated content in multiple formats. Post-recording, guests are invited for briefings, and they continue to receive regular updates long after their appearance. The process is proprietary and is intended for customer acquisition.
Position Overview:
Are you a performance-driven marketer who thrives on building audiences, generating leads, and crafting campaigns that actually convert? Do you have the technical depth to operate HubSpot at an advanced level while simultaneously running newsletters, organic social, and paid campaigns that move the needle? This role is central to building the Podcast Pros brand, generating inbound leads, and nurturing prospects through the full marketing funnel.
Key Responsibilities:
HubSpot Marketing Automation:
- Own and manage the HubSpot Marketing Hub at an advanced level, including workflows, sequences, smart content, lead scoring, and lifecycle stage management.
- Build, launch, and optimize automated marketing campaigns across email, social, and lead nurturing channels.
- Maintain data integrity and segmentation hygiene within HubSpot.
- Create and manage marketing dashboards and attribution reports to measure campaign ROI.
- Integrate HubSpot with third-party tools and platforms as needed.
- Train internal team members on HubSpot marketing features and best practices.
- Continuously identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency and conversion rates.
Newsletter Management:
- Own the end-to-end creation, production, and distribution of the company newsletter.
- Develop compelling content strategies that educate, engage, and convert the subscriber base.
- Write and edit newsletter copy aligned with the Podcast Pros brand voice.
- Manage list segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing to continuously improve open and click-through rates.
- Monitor deliverability, unsubscribe rates, and other email health metrics.
- Build automated nurture sequences that move prospects through the funnel.
- Grow and maintain a high-quality subscriber list through organic and paid acquisition strategies.
Organic Social Media Management:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive organic social media strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Create, schedule, and publish content consistently across all platforms.
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments, and actively build community.
- Analyze organic performance metrics and adjust content strategy based on data.
- Collaborate with the production team to repurpose podcast content into high-performing social assets.
- Identify trending topics and formats relevant to the B2B podcasting space and capitalize on them quickly.
- Maintain a content calendar that aligns with broader marketing campaigns and company milestones.
Paid Social Media Advertising:
- Plan, build, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and TikTok.
- Develop audience targeting strategies, including custom audiences, lookalikes, and retargeting segments.
- Write compelling ad copy and collaborate on creative assets optimized for each platform.
- Monitor campaign performance daily, making real-time optimizations to improve ROAS and reduce CPA.
- Conduct A/B tests on ad copy, creative, audiences, and landing pages.
- Manage advertising budgets and provide regular spend and performance reports to leadership.
- Stay current with platform algorithm changes, ad policy updates, and emerging paid media opportunities.
Campaign Strategy and Reporting:
- Develop integrated marketing campaign strategies that combine email, organic, and paid channels for maximum impact.
- Define campaign goals, KPIs, and success metrics before launch.
- Produce regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Track lead generation, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution from all marketing activities.
- Present marketing performance updates to leadership with clarity and strategic context.
- Continuously test new approaches and share learnings across the team.
Brand and Content Development:
- Ensure all marketing outputs are consistent with the Podcast Pros brand voice, messaging, and visual identity.
- Develop content assets including landing pages, lead magnets, case studies, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with the production team to align content with client success stories and podcast highlights.
- Support sales initiatives with marketing collateral, email sequences, and campaign materials.
Required Qualifications:
- Startup Environment Experience: Proven track record working with startup companies or small online businesses, understanding the unique challenges and rapid growth dynamics.
- Service Industry Experience: Background in agencies, consulting firms, or B2B service companies, with an understanding of how service businesses generate and convert leads.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a digital marketing role with hands-on ownership of multiple channels.
- Advanced HubSpot proficiency (Marketing Hub required): Demonstrated expertise in workflows, sequences, lead scoring, smart content, reporting, and CRM integration.
- Proven track record creating and managing high-performing email newsletters, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance optimization.
- Demonstrated experience running and optimizing organic social media campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Hands-on experience managing paid social media advertising campaigns with measurable results across LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads (YouTube and TikTok a strong plus).
- Proven ability to build and manage automated marketing campaigns that nurture leads through the full funnel.
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone and voice across channels and formats.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Tech-forward approach with a demonstrated ability to learn new platforms and tools quickly.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Additional Qualifications:
- HubSpot Marketing Hub certification strongly preferred.
- Experience with B2B content marketing and thought leadership strategies.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and LinkedIn organic growth strategies.
- Knowledge of podcast marketing and audio/video content promotion.
- Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Understanding of SEO principles and their application to content and social strategy.
- Familiarity with project management tools (Monday.com a plus).
