Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Roofing Supervisor to oversee and manage roofing projects on commercial job sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day operations, ensuring safety compliance, maintaining quality standards, meeting project deadlines, and coordinating materials and labor.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and schedule daily and weekly work activities to ensure timely project completionCoordinate with Project Managers, subcontractors, and suppliersInspect work in progress to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications, manufacturer specifications, and building codesMaintain accurate records of labor, materials, and progressIdentify and resolve issues that may delay work or affect qualityConduct regular safety meetingsManage and maintain equipment, maintenance, and logistics on-siteServe as the on-site point of contact for clients and inspectorsRequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in construction or roofing preferredAbility to pass a background check5+ years of experience in commercial roofing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory roleStrong knowledge of roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, Modified Bitumen, Built-up, Metal)Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical drawingsOSHA 10 or 30 certification preferredExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsValid driver’s license and reliable transportationBilingual (English/Spanish) a plusAdditional RequirementsAble to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.Able to work in a physically demanding environment including climbing ladders, lifting heavy materials, and standing for extended periods.Ability to travel to job sites as required.Compensation & BenefitsCompensation range $80,000 to $120,000 annual salary potential (base pay + incentives)Medical, Vision, and Dental InsuranceCompany paid Life InsuranceCompany paid short-term disability401(k) PlanPTO, Vacation & HolidaysCompany Truck, fuel, and cell phone provided for company use (this is not a take home vehicle)ClosingBone Dry Roofing is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
