Zscaler is looking for a Software QA Engineer to join the Cloud Quality and Reliability team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for functional and system testing of various features and solutions of the Zscaler cloud. They will work closely with the Development, Product Management, and Cloud Operations teams to deliver a high-quality robust product in a fast-paced environment. The candidate should have a solid understanding of test case management, defect management, and networking concepts. If you are a self-starter with excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, and have a passion for delivering high-quality products, we encourage you to apply! Responsibilities: - Functional and system testing of various features and solutions of the Zscaler cloud - Execution of automated test cases, participation in code reviews, and analysis of results - Development of comprehensive test plans and execution of manual and automated test cases - Collaboration with cross-functional teams from design to release of the product/feature - Definition of cloud deployment procedures and monitors/alerts for the features - Recreation of complex customer and production reported issues to determine root cause and verify the fix
