Responsibilities: • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing communications, expectations, and satisfaction. • Translate client feedback and business goals into clear, actionable technical requirements. • Coordinate with developers to manage feature requests, testing, QA loops, and issue resolution. • Create and maintain technical documentation including system specs, workflows, and user guides. • Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and budgets, ensuring consistent progress and on-time delivery. • Provide regular status reports and updates to senior executives. • Identify potential risks early and propose strategic solutions to keep projects on track. • Ensure quality standards and best practices are upheld throughout the project lifecycle. Requirements: • 3+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, Project Coordinator, or similar role in a tech environment. • Strong technical understanding and ability to translate complex concepts into clear instructions. • Proven experience creating technical and user-facing documentation. • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills. • Highly organized with strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities. • Comfortable using project management tools like Jira, Asana, or Monday.com. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • Experience managing cross-functional development teams. • Familiarity with agile or hybrid project methodologies. • Experience or exposure to blockchain, fintech, or SaaS projects. • Ability to perform basic system analysis or QA testing.
