We have been proudly providing ready-to-work private office suites and conference rooms with flexible terms for over a decade. Hiring Now for a Receptionist with TKO Suites! We are looking for a fully remote Part-Time Accounts Receivable Specialist. This is a Contract 10-99 position with opportunities for growth and advancement. The role starts at $22/hour and requires availability Monday - Friday (4 hours/day). Potential to convert to W2 after 90 days, at which time the position would be hybrid 2 days in office and 3 at home. Responsibilities: - Review charges on client accounts & make necessary adjustments & reconciliations - Contact clients for payments due - Notify management of past due client - Accept client payments - Review receivable reports & follow up with clients - Work with collection agencies and attorneys on written off debt - Answer client questions on account balances - Review entries by other employees and ensure they are correct - Ensure all clients charges are posted to client accounts - Proficient with Excel and Microsoft Office - Ability to communicate effectively (both written and verbally) - Additional duties as relevant to the role
