We are looking for a Regulatory Affairs Officer (m/w/d) to join our team in Germany. The ideal candidate will be responsible for legal tracking, vigilance, interpretation, and concluding on necessary actions with regards to the new and updated legislation affecting our business. The candidate will ensure that the business is correctly informed on the latest requirements and upcoming changes in the German & EU regulation. In addition, the candidate will support the Regulatory Affairs hub DACH (Switzerland, Austria) upon request. If you have a comprehensive understanding of legal requirements, experience in Lab Supply Pharma/Chemicals, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and SAP (ERP), we encourage you to apply. Responsibilities: - Analyze German & EU regulatory requirements and interpret regulatory acts, including changes, and ensure that they are communicated through the organization. - Draft and define, in cooperation with stakeholders, instructions with appropriate conformity actions for business. - Support for central projects with local implementations. - Ensure that local organization is compliant with the Legal requirements/Legislation. - Develop or conduct employee regulatory trainings. - Performing day-to-day administrative tasks.
