This role will focus on a heavy Hip Hop and R&B roster and will involve planning and pitching projects from established and emerging artists. You will work alongside label management and central Commercial Partnerships teams to execute day-to-day account needs and responsibilities. The ideal candidate has at least three years of music industry experience, strong relationships with key streaming partners, and an excellent understanding of their playlists and marketing programs. A positive attitude, organizational skills, and in-depth knowledge of major streaming platforms are essential. This role offers an annual base salary in the range of $65,000 to $80,000 USD. Responsibilities: - Develop strong relationships with label relations, editorial, artist management, and marketing teams at top streaming partners - Assess and recap DSP visibility and campaigns to share with senior management and other label teams - Identify relevant opportunities for label priorities and craft compelling pitches for artists and releases - Collaborate across departments to develop and execute creative on and off-platform ideas to grow the streams and awareness of artists and releases - Oversee and communicate the label release schedule, priority grids, and advance listening links - Formulate overall release strategy on a domestic and global scale - Lead frequent partner calls and business presentations with the accounts
