Our team of 10 remote experts manages ad campaigns that typically range between $10K–$20K/month, with some scaling up to $50K/month across Facebook. We work with clients in diverse industries, from healthcare to finance to real estate, and pride ourselves on building efficient funnels that actually convert. The Role: We’re looking for a self-sufficient, full-funnel Facebook Media Buyer who doesn’t just launch ads — but knows how to sell. You’ll be responsible for developing messaging angles, creative direction, and campaign structures that drive real business outcomes. This is not a plug-and-play position. You’ll need to think strategically, write persuasively, and act fast when priorities shift. Responsibilities: - Manage and optimize Meta Ads campaigns ($10K–$50K+/mo) across multiple client accounts - Develop messaging and positioning angles that resonate with target audiences - Create ad copy and briefs for static, GIF, and UGC-style video creatives - Analyze performance metrics (CPL, CPA, CPAL, ROAS) and implement actionable optimizations - Communicate updates clearly and deliver tasks on time - Handle urgent requests and shifting priorities with agility and composure - Collaborate with our internal team on funnel improvements, tracking, and creative testing Requirements: - 5+ years of experience running Facebook Ads (preferably for B2B or lead gen) - Proven ability to craft messaging that sells — not just run ads - Understanding of funnel metrics, attribution, and tracking tools (Meta Events, UTMs, HubSpot, etc.) - Strong communication and follow-up skills - Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote environment - Flexible, proactive, and solution-oriented — you can adapt when things change Nice to Have: - Experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or YouTube Ads - Familiarity with Unbounce, HubSpot, or Make/Integromat automations - Background in creative strategy or direct response copywriting Why Work With Us: - Remote-first team of experienced media buyers and marketing ops pros - High-performing accounts with real budgets — not experiments - Collaborative but no micromanagement - Opportunities to scale accounts and take ownership of strategy
