Every conversation with a clinic, every product release, and every improvement we make brings us closer to ensuring no patient’s treatment quality depends on where they live.Why This Role MattersThe Clinical Sales Specialist CSS will help expand Radformation’s presence and partnerships throughout Latin America. Using your clinical knowledge and experience in radiation oncology, you’ll connect with clinics, understand their challenges, and show how Radformation software can help improve efficiency, safety, and patient outcomes. You’ll collaborate closely with the sales leadership team and regional distributors to grow awareness, build strong relationships, and drive adoption of our software solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Pipeline DevelopmentGenerate and qualify leads, scheduling demonstrations of Radformation software across LATAMUnderstand customer needs, workflows, and systems to identify how our solutions can add valueRecord and track all activities and opportunities in SalesforceSupport post-event and post-webinar follow-ups with distributors to advance sales discussionsCustomer EngagementCommunicate clearly and confidently with clinicians, administrators, and distributorsBuild trust by understanding clinical and operational challengesShare relevant product information and educational resources that address customer needsDistributor Collaboration & Opportunity ManagementParticipate in regular meetings with regional distributors to review opportunities and identify new prospectsBuild strong relationships with partners to ensure alignment and collaboration on shared goalsProduct PresentationsDeliver engaging presentations and live demonstrations of Radformation software at customer meetings, conferences, and regional eventsLead ManagementQualify and transition leads to the Sales Manager for further development and closingRequired ExperienceAt least 2 years of clinical experience in radiation oncologyAt least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role within the radiation oncology industryFluency in English and either Spanish or PortuguesePreferred ExperiencePrevious experience in radiation oncology software or medical device salesBackground as a Medical Dosimetrist, Junior Medical Physicist, or Radiation TherapistExperience with multiple Treatment Planning Systems (TPS) and Oncology Information Systems (OIS)Familiarity with patient and machine QA processesWho You ArePassionate about improving cancer care across Latin AmericaCurious and eager to learn about new healthcare technologiesOrganized and able to manage priorities independently in a remote environmentA clear and confident communicator who builds long-term relationshipsCollaborative and comfortable working with global, cross-functional teamsFor global teammates (via Deel):At Radformation, we want every team member to feel supported, no matter where they live.
