We are looking for an experienced SEO account manager who brings perspective, curiosity, and passion. Someone who not only works but leads by example and is a strong communicator with a strategic mind. 🕵️ Let's dig deeper: If you want a to-do list of robotic and mindless tasks, this is not the job for you, as your day-to-day tasks will require you to be flexible and proactive. You'll solve challenging problems and put your skills to the test, ensuring the highest standards are consistently met. Your opinion matters, and you'll get to provide input on all sorts of decisions, working with accountability and impact. We expect outstanding work from you. You will be part of a small team of A-players, and you will be expected to become an A-player yourself. We are excellent at what we do, and we love to get results. Operational excellence lies at our core, where quantity over quality wins every time. ✅ Requirements: - You have 3+ years of experience as an Account Manager or SEO Manager in a digital marketing agency. - You have a solid understanding of keyword research and general SEO processes. - You have strong commitment to on-time delivery and quality assurance. - You have exceptional communication and written skills. - You are extremely organized and have experience in documenting campaigns and strategies. - You have great client management skills. - You have experience as an SEO account manager within a digital marketing company. As well as absolutely owning it in the SEO sphere. - Besides crafting and managing first-class SEO strategies, you must thrive on achieving results and being a leader in the space. We also expect you to have experience creating multichannel campaigns. 💪 Responsibilities: - Develop and manage SEO strategies. - Liaise with clients and in-house marketing teams. - Project manage the SEO team. - Removing bottlenecks in delivery to clients. - Create monthly reports and participate in daily stand-ups and weekly team meetings. - Work with our Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and CRO specialists to create campaigns that drive ROI. About the role: You will be trialed on basic tasks to begin with, and once we see you have what it takes, you will be promoted to full-time SEO Account Manager. You will be working directly with and reporting to the Founder and Operations Manager. Salary: $60 - $70 USD / hour.
