Position OverviewBlue Acorn iCi is looking for a Delivery Director to lead and manage the successful delivery and growth of existing client engagements. The Delivery Director is responsible for all facets of existing accounts to drive growth and ensure successful delivery of all client engagements.They are accountable for delivery quality, performance to budget and successful attainment of Customer business objectives / goals. In addition, they own the revenue growth goals for existing accounts and manage client relationships as the primary point of contact. The director is also responsible for ensuring the right team is identified, onboarded and successful in all engagements.
