As part of our Safety Department, you will play an important role in supporting daily operations, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth communication between drivers, attorneys, courts, and internal departments. Responsibilities: - Handling traffic violations, tickets, and fines. - Communicating with drivers, attorneys, and courts. - Managing Google Sheets and maintaining accurate records. - Processing incoming and outgoing mail. - Running errands to DMV, IRP offices, and company locations as needed. - Assisting with additional office and administrative tasks. Requirements: - Strong multitasking and organizational skills. - Detail-oriented and reliable. - Flexible and dependable. - Good communication skills. - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. - Must speak and write English fluently. - Additional languages are considered a plus.
