Drive strategic testing, platform expansion, and service innovation to strengthen performance and expand the agency's competitive advantageLead the strategic adoption of AI-driven tools, including Google AI-Max and evolving LLM-driven search behaviors, identifying how generative AI changes the path to purchaseIdentify and implement emerging technologies that improve campaign performance, targeting, and scalability across paid channelsServe as the agency’s primary thought leader on paid media innovation, translating changes across search, social, and AI ecosystems into scalable service offerings, best practices, and competitive advantage. Share strategic insights that elevate internal expertise and strengthen the agency's position as an industry leaderTeam Leadership & Operational Excellence:Design and scale the paid media department structure to support operational efficiency, service excellence, and long-term growthLead team development through hiring, resource planning, coaching, and mentorship, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and solution-oriented thinkingEvaluate, procure, and implement tools, systems, and automation that improve operational efficiency, reporting accuracy, and service deliveryOversee scalable processes for campaign management, data collection, and measurement across all paid media platforms.Client Growth & Partnership Strategy:Act as a strategic advisor for enterprise accounts, partnering with client leadership to drive retention, growth, and long-term successSupport the sales team by shaping strategy and scoping complex, multi-channel opportunities for prospective clientsManage executive relationships with Google, Microsoft, Meta, and Yelp to pilot new capabilities and maintain first-to-market advantagesCollaborate cross-functionally with Client Success, SEO, Web, and Sales teams to ensure alignment on integrated strategy and execution for our clientsAdditional job duties as assigned by managementRequirements10+ years of experience in Paid Media marketing within a fast-paced, high-volume marketing agency environment7+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing teams across multiple levels and functionsExperience in or strong understanding of the home services industry and their unique needs, strongly preferredDeep curiosity for emerging digital marketing trends, with a demonstrated commitment to bringing new ideas and thought leadership to both clients and the agencyProven track record of driving innovation through strategic testing, experimentation, and continuous performance optimizationStrong ability to synthesize complex performance data into clear, strategic recommendations for senior and executive stakeholdersAdvanced expertise across major paid media platforms, including Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager; experience with local service and lead-generation platforms (Angi, Yelp, etc.) preferredStrong understanding of how generative AI and LLMs are transforming digital marketing, campaign operations, and consumer search and decision-making behaviorOur target compensation range for this salary exempt opportunity includes a competitive base salary and eligibility for quarterly performance-based bonuses, and is subject to multiple factors, including role, level, experience, and location.
