Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using PHP and Symfony. - Build and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services. - Develop scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions. - Collaborate with Product, Business, and Engineering teams to deliver technical solutions. - Participate in application architecture and system design decisions. - Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. - Perform code reviews and contribute to development best practices. - Troubleshoot and resolve application issues across environments. - Optimize application performance, database queries, and system reliability. - Work with Docker, Git, and modern development workflows. - Support integrations with internal and external systems. - Participate in deployments, testing, and release activities. - Identify technical risks and propose improvement initiatives. - Contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team. - Collaborate effectively with distributed teams across LATAM. - Take ownership of assigned projects and deliverables. - Ensure code quality, security, and scalability standards are met.
