Lead Product Analyst with CAx expertise (ECAD/MCAD) to drive product strategy and delivery across global teams. Responsibilities include translating engineering problem statements into detailed, test-ready requirements; collaborating with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and IT stakeholders; turning business needs into user stories, features, process flows, data mappings, and mockups; performing fit-gap analyses across CAx tools, integrations, and workflows; evaluating technical feasibility and architectural alignment; leading globally distributed teams; driving resolution of production issues with root-cause analysis and mitigation planning; and managing dependencies across platforms, squads, and external programs.
