Job Expectations:Position Type: Experienced - ConsultantEmployment Type: Full-Time, Independent Contractor (Direct Hire)Work Setup & Location: Fully Remote - PhilippinesWork Schedule: Weekdays; Day/Mid ShiftIndustry: IT Consulting & ServicesAbout the Job:We are looking for an experienced Workday Functional Consultant specializing in Time Tracking and Absence Management to join our client's team and support the configuration, implementation, and optimization of Workday workforce management solutions. In this role, you will work closely with HR stakeholders and technical teams to ensure accurate time, attendance, and absence processing aligned with business and compliance requirements. You will also support testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and continuous improvement of Workday Time Tracking and Absence modules.Key Responsibilities:Configure and support Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management modules.Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to time, attendance, leave, and absence policies.Design and configure work schedules, time entry rules, eligibility rules, and absence plans.Support end-to-end testing including SIT, UAT, and regression testing.Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues related to time and absence processing.Collaborate with payroll, HCM, and technical teams to ensure accurate data flow and integration.Assist in Workday implementation, rollout, and enhancement projects.Maintain functional documentation including configuration guides and process workflows.Support production issues, audits, and compliance requirements.Provide end-user training and support during deployments and system changes.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field.At least 5 years of experience in Workday HCM with strong focus on Time Tracking and Absence Management.Hands-on experience configuring Workday Time Tracking and Absence modules.Strong understanding of work schedules, time calculations, and absence plans.Experience in Workday implementation, support, or enhancement projects.Knowledge of Workday business processes, security, reporting, and integrations.Familiarity with integration impacts between Time Tracking, Absence, Payroll, and Core HCM.Can start immediately, if possible.
