About the Role:-We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst with 10+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SQL, data visualization tools, and statistical analysis, with the ability to transform complex datasets into actionable business insights.In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making and build impactful dashboards and reports.Key Responsibilities:-Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insightsDevelop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI or TableauWrite complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and validate dataPerform data cleaning, transformation, and validationConduct statistical analysis and predictive insights where applicableTranslate business requirements into data-driven reporting solutionsSupport data-driven decision-making across business teamsEnsure data accuracy, integrity, and governance standardsAutomate recurring reports and reporting workflowsCollaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and performance metricsRequired Skills & Experience:-10+ years of experience in Data Analysis or Business IntelligenceStrong expertise in SQL and relational databasesHands-on experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.)Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, advanced formulas)Experience using Python or R for data analysis (preferred)Understanding of data modeling and ETL processesExperience working with large and complex datasetsKnowledge of statistics and data visualization best practicesExperience working in Agile or fast-paced environmentsStrong communication and stakeholder collaboration skillsPreferred Qualifications:-Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)Knowledge of data warehousing platforms (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery)Familiarity with big data tools (Spark, Hadoop)Experience in enterprise or regulated industriesCertifications in Data Analytics, BI tools, or cloud data platformsShare Your Resume To:- alen@hanosysit.com
