Requirements and responsibilities

• Helping solve system issues through email, chat, and other avenues to help agents and staff be successful • Troubleshoot, investigate, and solve issues reported by our agents and staff • Developing and documenting best practices to enhance troubleshooting processes • Internal executives and staff • Partner software developers and support staff, Internal and external development resources, internal product, support and management teams • Provide training to various employees and assist with expert knowledge on all production systems and processes. • Document production applications, resolve application issues and answer all requests. • Monitor all performance metrics for various production systems and identify potential issues. • Maintain schedule jobs and perform troubleshooting on processes and resolve all issues..
