Requirements and responsibilities


• Supporting the QA Lead to build a centralised QA operations team, including recruitment, training and accreditation • Being a role model leader, managing Squad Captains and Quality Assessors, supporting them to meet their personal and professional development goals and driving a high performing culture • Owning service management for QA; ensuring we have the right people placed at the right time to deliver QA and meet internally set SLAs • Being accountable for performance of the QA team; ensuring they meet targets and/or managing under-performance as appropriate • Using data to continuously develop processes and better ways of working for the team that are efficient and scalable • Producing service updates for a number of senior stakeholders including reporting on SLA adherence • Generating ideas on how to strengthen our customer first culture and ensure we're putting customer experience at the heart of everything we do across the whole company.
