Reporting to the Head of Customer Engagement, this role forms an integral part of the CRM team at interactive investor. The CRM team is accountable for building, optimising and managing a customer communication strategy which delivers on our commercial and customer objectives. This role is an exciting opportunity for a CRM Automation specialist with a proven record of implementing successful CRM projects in a data driven marketing role. Responsibilities: - Leverage our data and the capabilities of our CRM platform (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) to design, build and deliver personalised, multi-channel campaigns and journeys at scale. - Take ownership of our data extensions/queries and automations to create audience selections efficiently. - Work with our Data team to ensure we have all the data, models and segmentation we require to target customers effectively. - Work with our Analytics team to plan and perform A/B testing to identify and implement optimisations to campaign performance and ROI. - Champion our operational quality control process, ensuring compliant, accurate and efficient delivery of data and audience selections. - Drive operational efficiencies via automation and process improvements. - Maintain the first line of Risk/Compliance defence by ensuring individual adherence to business processes and procedures that are designed to meet the regulatory standards set out in the relevant FCA rules and guidance. - Make informed risk decisions and effectively and credibly debate and challenge management recommendations within your role in line with the approved Risk Management Framework. - Maintain the first line of defence by reviewing/supporting the risks and controls assigned to the department.
