Working with our Business Development and Marketing teams, this SDR identifies, nurtures, and qualifies prospects to expand Niagen Bioscience product reach in clinical and wellness channels. The role delivers targeted outbound outreach, assists with educational campaigns, and schedules product demos and meetings for the sales team. This SDR operates cross-functionally, contributing to revenue growth by building the top of the sales funnel and supporting practitioner onboarding.Core Expectations:Lead Generation & Prospecting:Research and identify healthcare professionals, wellness clinics, functional medicine practices, and IV therapy centers within assigned territoriesExecute multi-channel outreach campaigns including cold calling, email sequences, LinkedIn outreach, and conference networkingQualify inbound leads from medical conferences, webinars, and healthcare-focused marketing campaignsMaintain a pipeline of 100+ active healthcare prospects with regular touchpoints and follow-up activitiesAchieve monthly targets of 15-20 qualified opportunities passed to account managementHealthcare Professional Education:Conduct initial educational conversations about NAD+ science, clinical research, and product applicationsSchedule and facilitate product demonstration calls with healthcare providers and their staffCoordinate sample requests and clinical literature distribution to qualified prospectsSupport webinar attendance and continuing education initiatives for healthcare professionalsPartner with medical affairs team to ensure accurate representation of clinical data and researchRelationship Building & CRM Management:Develop trusted relationships with medical office managers, practice administrators, and healthcare decision-makersMaintain detailed prospect profiles including practice specialties, patient demographics, and purchasing authorityTrack all interactions, preferences, and next steps in Salesforce CRM with 95%+ accuracyCollaborate with marketing team to refine targeting criteria and messaging for healthcare audiencesProvide market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing trends, and healthcare industry developmentsQualifications and Succuss Factors:2-3 years of experience in sales, account management, or B2B prospecting preferably within healthcare verticalsStrong understanding of consumer product operations, strategic decision-making, and unit economic analysisExperience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred), sales engagement tools, and healthcare databasesKnowledge of dietary supplements, functional medicine, or anti-aging/longevity sectors preferredExcellent phone presence and ability to engage healthcare professionals in meaningful conversationsBachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare administration, business, or related field preferredProven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation and qualification targetsCompetencies & Skills:Scientific curiosity and ability to understand and communicate complex research conceptsProfessional demeanor suitable for healthcare environment interactionsStrong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple prospect cycles simultaneouslyResilience and persistence in prospecting activities with high rejection ratesCollaborative approach to working with account management and medical affairs teamsSalary Range$60,000 - $80,000 a yearClosing DescriptionWe are an equal opportunity employer that operates with an emphasis that People Matter(s).
