We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sr. Development Engineer to join our team. As the Sr. Development Engineer, you will play a crucial role in leading our software development initiatives, working with a talented team to create innovative solutions. Your expertise in the delivery of high-quality software will be essential in driving the development of our cutting-edge applications. Responsibilities: - Mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and stakeholders, to define project requirements, scope, and timelines. - Develop robust, scalable, and maintainable software solutions using JavaScript and TypeScript. - Utilize ORMs like TypeORM to streamline database interactions and improve efficiency. - Develop and maintain codebase, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and documentation. - Implement and optimize databases using Firebase, MongoDB, and Postgres, ensuring data integrity and efficient performance. - Utilize Google Cloud Platform and AWS services to design and deploy scalable cloud infrastructure. - Integrate internal applications and services, ensuring smooth communication and data flow. - Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, evaluating their potential application within the organization. - Drive Agile development methodologies, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, and ensure the team follows Agile principles. - Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical insights, and deliver innovative solutions. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, working closely with the team to identify and implement effective solutions. - Promote a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and knowledge sharing within the team.
