As a Senior .NET Technical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and mentoring our development team while driving the technical vision and strategy for our .NET applications. Key Responsibilities: * Technical Leadership: Lead the design and architecture of .NET applications, ensuring they are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with industry best practices. * Team Management: Mentor and manage a team of .NET developers, providing guidance on technical issues, code reviews, and professional development. * Project Oversight: Oversee the development lifecycle of .NET projects, from requirements gathering through deployment, ensuring that timelines and deliverables are met. * Strategic Planning: Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define technical requirements and contribute to the strategic planning of technology solutions. * Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest .NET technologies and industry trends, recommending new tools and practices to improve team efficiency and product quality. * Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including QA, DevOps, and UX/UI teams, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of features. Qualifications: * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. * 8+ years of experience in .NET development, with a strong portfolio of successfully delivered projects. * Proven experience in a leadership or management role, with the ability to inspire and guide a development team. * In-depth knowledge of .NET Core, ASP.NET, C#, and related technologies. * Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and microservices architecture is a plus.
