Our company is seeking a Sales/Business Development Representative to join our diverse, customer-focused team. As an SDR, you will report to the Sales Development Manager and collaborate closely with Account Executives, fueling their pipelines with qualified opportunities and expanding market territories together. You will represent the company brand at the forefront of the Sales Department, serving as the first point of contact for Enterprise and Strategic Greenfield accounts. Your main goal will be to spark interest through creative outbound prospecting, nurturing and educating prospects about the company’s value, and sourcing qualified opportunities for the sales organization. Key Responsibilities * Apply value-based selling by emphasizing the company’s unique value and solutions that address specific customer needs. * Communicate the business value proposition clearly to evaluate purchase interest, demonstrating passion for digital transformation and innovation. * Learn and adapt to the Command of the Message (COM) model and other customer-centric sales methodologies. * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process. * Achieve sales goals while maintaining consistent performance and results. * Collaborate effectively and manage time efficiently to maximize productivity. * Research and target Greenfield Enterprise and Strategic accounts to identify qualified opportunities. * Keep customer records updated in Salesforce (SFDC) and prepare for meetings and presentations. * Follow up diligently to ensure commitments are fulfilled and contribute to long-term company initiatives. * Use best practices in account development through phone, email, video, and social channels. * Conduct discovery processes to engage with practitioners and management levels of target accounts. * Utilize Salesforce, Sales Navigator, Outreach, and Demandbase to optimize sales activities. Basic Qualifications * Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with potential customers and build relationships. * Excellent organizational skills to manage and prioritize multiple leads and opportunities. * Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. * Passion for technology. * 1–2 years of experience in outbound prospecting. Preferred Qualifications * Previous sales development experience. * Experience with Salesforce CRM and prospecting tools such as Gong, Outreach.io, and Demandbase. * Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS).
