Only for Buenos Aires - Argentina. 🚀 Description: As a QA Manual Analyst for Aprende Institute, you will be responsible for creating tests to identify issues before the product reaches production to improve our web and platform experience. We are looking for highly experienced QA Analysts that have a passion for delivering the highest quality. You will report to our QA Lead and work with our QA team, Dev teams, and key stakeholders on developing unique experiences within our LMS and Web platforms. Our goal is to change the lives of people by turning their passions into their careers, so failure is not an option! We want an extremely passionate person who is up for the challenge to help our experienced team succeed on that goal! 🚀 What you will be doing: - Work with the different teams and technologies to deliver a bug-free experience to the students. -Write test plans, test cases, and other supplemental documentation. -Run regression tests on each user and student flow. -Work closely with the automation engineering team. -Participate in the software development life cycle from end to end. -Make sure each feature delivered by our Development team achieves the acceptance criteria for the requirements. -Validate production deployments. 🚀 Requirements: -7+ years experience as QA Analyst. -Start up experience. -Solid experience in testing web applications. -Solid experience writing tests with Gherkin syntax. -Experience running API tests (ex. Postman). -Good communication and interpersonal skills -Comfortable writing and speaking English & Spanish - We have US, Mexico, Colombia, and Argentina based team members and vendors Solid experience working in an Agile environment. -Have a mentor mindset, able to improve processes and provide KT when needed. 🚀 Nice to have: -Experience testing an EdTech platform. -Experience testing on Salesforce or any other CRM. -Experience working with any scripting language. [40 minutes maximum] Step 4: You will receive a practical test. It shouldn’t take more than 3 hours, but you’ll have a couple of days to solve it on your terms. [180 minutes maximum] Step 5: Practical test solution explanation with Damian Copello. [40 minutes] Step 6: Gerardo Greenman, Tech Director, will interview you. [45 minutes maximum]
