About the Company:
We represent a fast-paced, growing business in the construction services industry with a team of \~25 people across sales, project management, and operations. The environment is currently undergoing transformation, and this hire will be instrumental in building structure and scalable processes.
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Automation Specialist to review, design, and automate our business processes. This role will lead CRM migration, develop SOPs, and implement workflows and dashboards to bring order and efficiency to a rapidly evolving organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Audit existing systems (Google Suite, JobTread, eCanvasser, OpenPhone) and recommend improvements.
* Lead CRM migration (likely PipeDrive) and integrate it with other tools.
* Automate workflows (contracts, reporting, data entry, communications) using Zapier, Make.com, or similar tools.
* Develop SOPs and documentation for all processes.
* Build KPI dashboards for real-time performance tracking.
* Collaborate with accounting and operations teams to streamline reporting and data management.
* Manage change adoption across teams with minimal hand-holding.
Qualifications:
* 3+ years of experience in process improvement, automation, or operations systems.
* Strong expertise with Zapier, Make.com, and CRM systems (PipeDrive a plus).
* Proven success implementing and migrating systems, not just recommending solutions.
* Strong analytical mindset and ability to design scalable workflows.
* Excellent English communication skills, particularly in documentation and process training.
* Self-starter who thrives in unstructured, fast-paced environments.
Nice-to-Haves:
* Basic coding experience for custom automation solutions.
* Background in building processes in construction or similarly complex industries.
* Experience with KPI dashboard tools (Google Data Studio, Power BI, etc.).
