Requirements and responsibilities


Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related technical field.4+ years of experience in application or software development.Experience developing backend services or applications in a federal or regulated environment.Familiarity with ETL processes, data validation, and comparison logic.Experience working with structured and semi-structured data sources.Understanding of secure coding practices and vulnerability remediation.Experience working in Agile or hybrid Agile development environments.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.Duties:Design, develop, enhance, and maintain application components supporting automated data audit and verification processes.Develop backend services and scripts to support extraction, transformation, loading (ETL), and comparison of records.Implement validation logic to compare record counts, metadata, permissions, and attributes across source systems and OBS.Support development of machine-readable audit logs and discrepancy reporting outputs.Integrate application components with existing HCI/HCP infrastructure and approved enterprise platforms.Collaborate with system architects, data engineers, and visualization developers to ensure end-to-end solution integrity.Participate in Agile development activities including sprint planning, stand-ups, demonstrations, and retrospectives.Support remediation of defects, discrepancies, and performance issues identified during audits.Develop and maintain technical documentation, code repositories, and configuration artifacts.Support production deployments, upgrades, and sustainment activities.Ensure applications comply with EOP cybersecurity, data protection, and access control requirements.Support Authority to Operate (ATO), continuous monitoring, and audit readiness activities.Assist with surge activities, including Presidential Transition-related requirements, when directed.
