Наша RnD команда запустила 7 успішних стартапів, серед них: Plai, Sommo, та Rozmova.Required skills:2+ years of experience as a QA Engineer;Deep understanding of SDLC and STLC;Experience in analyzing project documentation to fully understand business and technical requirements;Experience in creating and maintaining test documentation;Understanding of test design techniques and their practical application;Experience in functional and non-functional testing;Experience in API testing;Experience in Web application testing;Experience in mobile application testing (iOS/Android);Experience with API testing tools: Postman or Insomnia;Experience with network traffic proxy tools: Charles or Proxyman;Experience with test management tools: TestRail or similar;Upper-Intermediate English level (written and spoken).Will be a plus:Understanding of AI and how it works;Understanding of prompt engineering and how it works;Experience in developing autotests for API, web, or mobile application testing.Ability to find the root cause of software failures;Your tasks:Manual testing using various methodologies for API, mobile applications, and web applications;Analysis of project documentation to fully understand business and technical requirements;Planning and estimation of testing activities;Creation of test documentation (test plan, test cases, test reports);Finding, recording, and tracking software bugs;Regression testing of the product;Providing clear and transparent testing status to the team and client;Communicating with other team members and clients (if necessary);Interaction with the product team to document requirements.What we offer:Opportunity to work with startups from the USA and Europe;Remote work format;Flexible schedule: 8 hours a day depending on your biorhythms (no fixed start time);Paid vacation (31 days off per year: 11 public holidays + 20 actual vacation days);Paid sick leave without certificates (10 working days per year);Social activities and internal events for knowledge sharing.How is the hiring process?Intro with a recruiter | 30-45 minutes;Interview (Non tech talk) | 1 hour;Technical interview | 2.5 hours.
