You will be responsible for generating leads, contacting prospects, pitching services, closing deals, and maintaining client relationships. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation Source your own leads and work on assigned leads Build targeted prospect lists Outreach Reach out to prospects via calls, emails, and LinkedIn Engage with decision-makers in the US and UK Sales and Pitching You will sell the following: GetHired Digital Services: SEO Website design and development Social media marketing Email marketing Content and branding services LeadVault (AI Lead Generation Platform): Explain MQL (Marketing Qualified Leads) and SQL (Sales Qualified Leads) Recommend the right plan based on client needs Selling Responsibilities Sell subscription plans ($599, $1,497, $3,997 per month) Sell pay-per-lead packages Match the right solution to the client’s business Sales Process Management Conduct discovery calls Understand client requirements Follow up consistently Move leads through the pipeline Close deals (retainers, projects, subscriptions) Account Growth Upsell clients to higher plans Convert monthly clients to annual plans Re-engage inactive or lost leads CRM and Reporting Maintain accurate records in HubSpot Ensure proper pipeline management Provide weekly reports on performance Requirements 2 to 10 years of experience in inside sales or B2B sales Ability to both generate leads and close deals Understanding of MQL and SQL concepts Experience in digital marketing, SaaS, or agency sales is preferred Strong English communication skills for US/UK clients Consultative selling approach (understand client needs before pitching) Strong follow-up discipline Experience using CRM tools like HubSpot Comfortable working remotely Availability for US (EST) or UK (GMT) working hours What You Will Be Selling GetHired Digital A full-service digital marketing agency offering SEO, web development, social media marketing, email marketing, branding, and more. Leads are sourced from over 3,000 platforms and categorized as: MQL: Interested leads that need nurturing SQL: Ready-to-buy leads with confirmed intent Compensation First 3 Months (Probation) Commission-based Expected earnings: $5,000 to $8,000 per month After Probation (Full-Time) Base salary plus commission and bonuses Expected earnings: $5,000 to $11,000 per month No upper earning limit Bonus Structure Monthly performance bonuses for achieving and exceeding targets Bonus for closing first deal within 30 days Additional rewards for upselling, retention, and referrals Team-based bonuses for achieving collective targets Additional Incentives Gift cards based on milestones (up to $3,050 total) Rewards include Amazon, Apple Pay, Airbnb, Uber, or Visa Performance Levels and Rewards Progress through levels based on performance Earn additional cash bonuses and incentives at each level Monthly Challenges Participate in monthly challenges Earn additional $100 to $200 per challenge Earning Potential Entry level performance: ~$5,000 per month Consistent performer: ~$7,500 per month Strong performer: ~$11,000 per month High performer: $20,000+ per month
