Requirements and responsibilities

Hands-on experience with Omnichannel, Einstein (Conversation Insights, Conversation Catch-Up, Article Recommendations), reporting/dashboards, routing, Unified Knowledge, Agentforce, Data Cloud (Data 360), Apex, LWC, JavaScript, and CSS. Experience in integrations, including Salesforce Unified Knowledge with Data Cloud, SharePoint, and external systems. Strong ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies. Proven experience in leading and mentoring development teams. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with integration, upstream, and downstream technology teams. Good to have: Knowledge of AWS Connect and related services. Strong technical documentation skills.
