Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze AS-IS processes and define TO-BE processes aligned with Teamcenter X capabilities.Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend scalable PLM solutions.Support Teamcenter X implementation across: Part Management, BOM Management, Document Management, Change Management, Workflow Management, Classification, Requirements Traceability.Define business rules, workflows, lifecycle states, numbering schemes, and release processes.Support DHF, DMR, Document Control, and Design Control processes.Work closely with engineering teams on MCAD & ECAD data management.Support Teamcenter–SolidWorks and Teamcenter–Altium integrations.Collaborate with integration teams supporting SAP, MES, ALM, QMS, and enterprise applications.Participate in UAT, defect management, testing, and solution validation.Develop functional specifications, process documentation, training materials, and user guides.Facilitate user training, change management, and business adoption.Partner with technical consultants and solution architects for successful project delivery.Required / Preferred SkillsStrong hands-on functional experience with Siemens Teamcenter / Teamcenter X.Experience with Teamcenter SolidWorks integration.Experience with Altium integration.Strong understanding of PLM processes including BOM, Parts, Documents, Change, Workflow, Classification, and Requirements Management.Experience working with engineering, quality, and business stakeholders.Strong understanding of regulated product development processes.⭐ Preferred QualificationsMedical Device industry experience is highly preferred.Experience with Teamcenter X Medical Device Foundation solutions.Siemens Teamcenter certification is an added advantage.Experience with Teamcenter X SaaS, Siemens Xcelerator ecosystem, and cloud-based PLM implementation methodologies.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field.🎯 Ideal CandidateA Teamcenter functional expert who understands both PLM business processes and Medical Device/Quality requirements, with hands-on exposure to Teamcenter X, SolidWorks, and Altium.
