Job Title Recruitment Marketing Strategist — Fractional PART-TIME | Remote | LATAM Organization WorkBetterNow Job Type Independent Contractor Commitment Part-time (20 hours per week) Compensation $1,800 – $2,100 USD per month Duration 5–6 months (defined project engagement) Remote — must be based in Latin America or the Caribbean Job Description Body What We Do WorkBetterNow connects full-time remote professionals living in Latin America and the Caribbean with US-based companies. We help talented people build meaningful remote careers — and we’re growing fast. The Engagement We’re looking for a senior Recruitment Marketing Strategist to work with us as a fractional contractor for 5–6 months. This is a hands-on, high-impact project role: you’ll own our paid media strategy, optimize our candidate acquisition funnel, and leave our internal team with the playbooks and skills to sustain results after you wrap. If you’ve spent years running high-volume recruitment marketing campaigns and you’re open to a structured project engagement — this was written for you. Compensation and Terms $1,800 – $2,100 USD per month 20 hours per week · flexible schedule Independent contractor · paid in USD 5–6 month engagement · fully remote Must be based in Latin America or the Caribbean What You’ll Work On Paid media performance: Audit and improve our current LinkedIn Ads and paid acquisition campaigns — budget allocation, channel mix, and cost-per-applicant. Recruitment funnel: Build and optimize a scalable candidate acquisition funnel and document it as a repeatable playbook. Employer brand: Sharpen our recruitment messaging and EVP for LATAM and Caribbean audiences. Candidate engagement: Design nurture, retargeting, and re-engagement strategies that move prospects through the funnel. Analytics and insights: Build dashboards using attribution modeling, funnel analytics, A/B testing, and cost-per-acquisition metrics. LATAM market strategy: Advise on regional labor market differences and candidate behavior across our key sourcing countries. Knowledge transfer: Coach our internal team and document best practices so performance holds after the engagement ends. What You Bring 7 or more years of hands-on experience in recruitment marketing, talent acquisition marketing, or employer branding. A proven track record generating thousands of applications per month through paid and organic channels. Deep expertise with LinkedIn Ads, paid media platforms, and hiring-focused funnel optimization — not just traffic or clicks. Strong LATAM market knowledge: you understand regional differences, cultural nuances, and candidate behavior by country. C1 English or higher: you communicate fluently in writing and on calls with US-based teams. Analytical fluency: attribution modeling, A/B testing, cost-per-applicant tracking, and funnel diagnostics are part of how you work. Bonus Points Experience in staffing, BPO, high-volume hiring, or talent marketplaces. Prior fractional, interim, or consulting roles — you know how to ramp fast and work autonomously. Familiarity with candidate CRM, lifecycle marketing, or remarketing automation. Experience supporting Caribbean hiring markets in addition to LATAM. Location Requirement You must currently be based in Latin America or the Caribbean to be considered. This role is not open to candidates residing in the United States or Canada. Why This Engagement You will have real ownership of a meaningful scope — not a supporting role. The work you do will be visible, used, and built on. WorkBetterNow is a growing company with a real product and a team that is invested in making this engagement count. And you will be paid in USD, on time, for every hour you work. Torre.ai Posting Tips Apply these settings when submitting the listing on Torre.ai to maximize reach and candidate quality. Visibility Settings Set the listing to Public so it appears in Torre search results and is indexable by Torre’s recommendation engine. Availability Filter Enable the Part-time and Project filters. Do not restrict to Full-time only — this will exclude the exact candidate profile you are targeting. Ideal Candidate Genome Tags When Torre prompts you to define the ideal candidate genome, add the following as core attributes: Recruitment Marketing (required, 7+ years) LinkedIn Ads (required) Paid Media (required) LATAM Market Knowledge (required) English C1 (required) Employer Branding (required) Funnel Analytics (required) Fractional or Consulting Experience (preferred) Compensation Display Enable Show compensation. Torre candidates respond significantly better to listings that display pay upfront. This is non-negotiable for attracting senior fractional profiles who assess opportunities quickly. Language Post in English only. The C1 English requirement is a hard filter — posting in Spanish or bilingual format will attract candidates who may not meet the language bar and adds unnecessary volume to screening. Outreach After Posting Torre’s recommendation engine will surface matching profiles. When you receive applicants or Torre suggests matches, prioritize profiles that list freelance, contractor, or project as their preferred engagement type. These candidates already understand the nature of the work and convert faster.
