Cube Hub is seeking an experienced Senior Change Management Lead to support adoption of a major Global Strategic Marketing (GSM) transformation.The role will coordinate organizational change across 10+ concurrent transformation initiatives, including new processes, operating models, organizational capabilities, and ways of working.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and coordinate change management plans across multiple transformation initiativesConduct stakeholder mapping, impact assessments and readiness assessmentsDevelop adoption and implementation plansIdentify stakeholder risks, resistance, dependencies and communication requirementsCreate communications, FAQs, leader talking points and organizational updatesEnable leaders to effectively communicate and reinforce organizational changesEstablish readiness and adoption metrics, feedback loops and listening mechanismsCoordinate change activities across overlapping business initiativesPartner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive consistent execution and adoptionMUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONSStrong Organizational Change Management / Transformation / Adoption experienceExperience managing multiple simultaneous transformation initiatives — 10+ preferredStakeholder mapping, engagement and impact assessment expertiseChange readiness, adoption and implementation planningStrong change communications and executive/leader enablement experienceAbility to identify and manage resistance, risks and dependenciesExperience developing adoption/readiness metrics and feedback mechanismsStrong cross-functional coordination and stakeholder-management skillsComfortable operating in complex, ambiguous and fast-moving environments⚠️ Certification Requirement: Prosci, CCMP or APMG certification is REQUIRED.➕ Lean certification or significant Lean experience is preferred.Know an experienced Change Management / Transformation leader looking for a long-term remote engagement?
