Responsibilities

Bilingual Customer Support & Operations Assistant — Remote, Latin America. Panel Decor Hub is looking for a reliable, organized assistant to support our U.S. team remotely. The ideal candidate speaks and writes English and Spanish comfortably and follows through on customer requests. Responsibilities: - Call customers after an order to thank them and explain the next steps. - Follow up on delivery timing and order questions. - Keep customer and order records updated. - Help with email, scheduling, data entry, and routine follow-ups. - Flag issues promptly and share a brief daily progress update. Requirements: - Strong spoken and written English and Spanish. - Customer service, admin, sales support, or virtual assistant experience. - Reliable internet, computer, headset, and quiet workspace. - Available during U.S. business hours, ideally Eastern Time. Schedule and Pay: - Remote, Monday–Friday. - Budget up to $1,200 USD per month, depending on experience and agreed hours.
