We are seeking a Real Estate Operations Virtual Assistant to support the daily operations of a growing real estate company in the United States.This position is 100% remote and open to LATAM professionals.This role is a great fit if you are a highly organized, proactive communicator who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes full ownership of your work.𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝗱𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴:Managing and organizing company documentation and records.Maintaining and updating CRM systems to ensure accurate data at all times.Coordinating calendars, meetings, and phone calls for the team.Following up with leads, prospects, and existing clients to keep pipelines active.Executing outbound calls and cold outreach activities.Providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.Assisting with recruiting efforts, candidate coordination, and hiring-related tasks.𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲'𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿:Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.Proven experience with CRM platforms and workflow management.Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.Demonstrated experience with cold calling, lead follow-up, and outbound client communication.Some experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.Advanced English level (required).𝗡𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲:Previous experience in the real estate industry.Familiarity with real estate CRM systems and workflows.
