You’ll work closely with our Product and Engineering teams to properly understand complex integrated systems that cross between functional teams and third party Vendors. Our team is defined by our ability to diagnose any issue across our entire platform, so success in this role is just as dependent on critical thinking skills as it is on technical skills. You will:Use AI to identify and implement operational improvements and efficiencies to build the future of Production SupportInvestigate and resolve complex production issues that affects user experienceInterface with critical vendor systems using a mix of SQL and API calls to research a customer complaintsCommit fixes to our backend systemsAct as an engineering consultant for our Operations team to automate manual processesYou BringAt least 1 year of engineering experience with proficiency in at least one backend language.
