Requirements and responsibilities

Creative & Content Manager Isla Energy Group is a boutique renewable energy company launching in the Caribbean and Latin America. We need a Colombia-based freelance creative and content manager to handle both brand design and social media distribution on an ongoing basis. On the creative side you will build our brand from scratch including logo, brand identity, pitch deck templates, product one pagers, social graphics, and marketing collateral for our portfolio of renewable energy products. On the content side you will manage and distribute custom content across Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn targeting enterprise clients in Caribbean and LATAM markets. Responsibilities include content calendar management, scheduling, community engagement, and bilingual copywriting in English and Spanish. Content types include product testimonials, open box videos, technical product videos, and short documentaries produced to generate leads and drive brand awareness across regional markets. Must have a strong portfolio showing clean modern brand work, be highly organized, proactive, and fully bilingual in English and Spanish. Energy, tech, or industrial experience a plus. This is an ongoing role with a fast moving founder-led startup with real growth potential.
