About Elevate Real Estate Partners: Elevate Real Estate Partners is a fast-growing real estate investment company specializing in land acquisitions and sales. We are scaling rapidly and are seeking a Disposition Manager to manage our transactions, coordinate with realtors, and ensure smooth deal execution. Role Overview: We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Disposition Coordinator to oversee the sale process of our real estate deals. This individual will be the primary point of contact for all realtors, buyers, and internal teams, ensuring properties are marketed effectively and contracts are handled efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Disposition & Realtor Coordination: - Serve as the primary point of contact for all realtors managing our property listings. - Communicate daily with realtors to ensure listings receive maximum exposure and timely feedback. - Track and manage all listings, offers, and negotiations, ensuring deals move forward efficiently. - Work with buyers and realtors to facilitate quick and profitable dispositions. - Maintain organized records of contracts, offers, and marketing strategies in our CRM. Internal Coordination & Reporting: - Work closely with the Acquisitions Team to ensure seamless transitions from contract to disposition. - Maintain a real-time transaction pipeline report to update the team on pending and closed deals. - Track earnest money deposits, offers, pricing changes, and deal status. - Provide weekly reports on disposition performance, marketing efforts, and deal progress. Qualifications: - Real estate transaction experience (preferably as a realtor/wholesale, land flipping, or investment real estate). - Familiarity with real estate contracts and marketing strategies. - Strong organization and ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously. - Excellent communication skills – ability to coordinate with multiple parties professionally. - Detail-oriented with the ability to track deadlines and deal flow efficiently. - Experience using CRM systems, Excel, and Google Suite. - Ability to problem-solve quickly when issues arise during the disposition process.
