Hire VA Staff is hiring " 𝐕𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐨 𝐀𝐝 𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐬𝐭" on a remote basis.1) Create high-converting video ads for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok with compelling hooks, strong storytelling, and conversion-focused messaging.2) Edit and produce engaging ad creatives using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, including UGC, founder-led, and direct-response content.3) Repurpose raw footage, brand assets, and existing content into multiple high-performing ad variations for testing and scaling.4) Develop creative concepts, ad angles, and performance-driven campaigns in collaboration with the Media Buying team.5) Apply a strong understanding of performance marketing, paid social advertising, and consumer psychology to maximize campaign results.6) Proven experience creating video ads for DTC/e-commerce brands or agencies in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment.
