We are hiring our first freelancer.Battersea Boy is a premium apparel brand from south west London. Our first collection launches in November, and we are building the audience before we build the stock — nothing goes into production until a waitlist tells us people actually want it.We need someone to run our Instagram for the eleven weeks before launch and turn a quiet account into a list of names. The brand book is written, the voice is defined and the visual system exists. You are not designing from scratch — you are giving a finished thing a pulse.Freelance, remote, fixed term, 7 September to 19 November. £700 to £1,200 for the sprint including a performance bonus, and we are upfront that this is a small budget from a pre-revenue brand.No CV.
