About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and technically strong SAP ABAP Technical Lead cum Manager to lead ABAP development and coordinate technical deliverables across complex SAP programs.The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on ABAP expertise along with experience in technical leadership, cross-functional coordination, project delivery, and end-to-end SAP implementation/support.Key ResponsibilitiesLead SAP ABAP development and technical deliverables across projects.Develop and review Classical ABAP and Object-Oriented ABAP solutions.Work on Reports, ALV, SmartForms, Adobe Forms, and SAP Scripts.Handle Enhancements, User Exits, BADIs, and Enhancement Framework.Work with IDocs, RFCs, BAPIs, APIs, interfaces, and middleware integrations.Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.Review technical designs, specifications, code, and development deliverables.Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Coordinate with SAP Basis, Integration/Middleware, Data Migration, Security/GRC, Testing, Infrastructure/Cloud, and external vendors/SIs.Manage cross-functional dependencies, technical deliverables, issues, and project milestones.Support design, development, testing, deployment, cutover, Go-Live, and Hypercare activities.Requirements14–18 years of experience in SAP ABAP.Strong hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development.Expertise in Classical ABAP & Object-Oriented ABAP.Strong experience with ALV, SmartForms, Adobe Forms, and SAP Scripts.Strong knowledge of User Exits, BADIs, and Enhancement Framework.Experience with IDocs, RFCs, BAPIs, APIs, and integrations.Good understanding of SAP SD, MM, FI, CO, and PP processes.Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance-tuning skills.Experience in technical leadership and cross-functional coordination.Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.Experience with end-to-end SAP project lifecycle activities.What We OfferRemote working opportunityOpportunity to work on complex SAP programsTechnical leadership and career growth opportunitiesExposure to cross-functional SAP teams and projects
