SDRB is building ReserveFi — institutional infrastructure for reserve governance, verification and evidence.Our first product is a Read-Only Reserve Governance Evidence Platform built around:ORS — Open Reserve StandardGRM — Governance Response ModuleIt provides verifiable evidence of reserve-governance processes and policy adherence without taking control of institutional assets.We are looking for a Senior Solution Architect to take architectural ownership on the SDRB side and work with Design Partners, Business Analysis, Security and Engineering.The role starts at 0.5–0.75 FTE during the PoC, with a path to full-time technical ownership as SDRB builds its internal engineering team and moves into MVP and institutional production.Your role:Own and challenge the end-to-end PoC architectureTranslate institutional requirements into scalable architectureDefine system boundaries, integrations and data flowsDefine source-of-truth, provenance, freshness and conflicting-source handlingDesign reconciliation, policy evaluation, exception detection and evidence generationDefine identity, authorisation and segregation of dutiesEnsure traceability, policy versioning and evidence integrityDefine assurance, responsibility and liability boundariesWork with Security on security-by-design and resilienceParticipate in Design Partner workshops and DiscoveryReview technical decisions, documentation and implementation across EngineeringEnsure SDRB retains architectural knowledge and decision recordsLead knowledge transfer from the engineering partner to SDRB’s internal teamDefine the PoC-to-MVP technical roadmap and backlogRequirements:10+ years in software engineering / solution architectureSolution, Technical or Enterprise Architect experienceComplex enterprise or institutional platformsAPIs, integrations, distributed systems and enterprise data flowsIAM, auditability and security-sensitive systemsFinancial services, banking, payments, treasury or another regulated environmentAbility to turn incomplete requirements into implementable architectureExperience with senior business, product, security and engineering stakeholdersStrong advantage:Institutional digital assets / custodyBlockchain / Ethereum / EVMStablecoins / tokenisation / RWATreasury or reserve-management systemsCryptographic integrity / digital signaturesAudit / assurance / evidence platformsDORA / MiCAYou will represent SDRB technically during the PoC and move toward full technical ownership, helping take ORS/GRM from PoC into MVP and institutional production.Open to exceptional candidates internationally; location is not a limiting factor.
