Job DescriptionRackspace is seeking a Director, Partner Operations to lead and manage all operational aspects of strategic partner relationships within the assigned Business. This role is responsible for reporting, financial operations, business planning, and execution for Rackspace’s largest customers. The ideal candidate will drive operational strategy and ensure seamless delivery across cross-functional teams. This role will report to SVP, Strategic Alliance Partnerships.Work LocationIf located near a Rackspace office: Hybrid schedule (2 days in-office, 3 days remote). If not located near a Rackspace office: Fully remote.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for centralized reporting on partner KPIs, including Hyperscaler activity managed in CPE and BGs.Establish and monitor performance standards for the Business; identify and address non-compliance.Manage the full lifecycle of partner incentive fund programs, including those with Hyperscalers.Identify and implement cost-effective operational improvements to enhance Business efficiency.Oversee partner onboarding and resolve partnership-related issues.Lead implementation and optimization of strategic partnerships, including cross-functional coordination, deal tracking, reporting, and partnership accounting.Develop and execute long- and short-term business plans for partnerships.QualificationsBachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.10+ years of experience in enterprise operations, customer delivery, or program management.10+ years of leadership and budget management experience.5+ years in the IT services industry.Experience working with cloud technology companies and enterprise-level clients.Proven ability to develop strategic vision and lead change initiatives.Strong resource management skills to achieve goals efficiently.Demonstrated success in scaling enterprise operations in a tech or services environment.Executive presence with the ability to engage C-suite stakeholders.Deep financial acumen, including P&L management.Advanced understanding of Rackspace’s strategic partners, vision, and roadmap.In-depth knowledge of competitor offerings, including strengths and weaknesses.Salary Range$143,700 - $191,600 a yearThe following information is required by pay transparency legislation in the following states: CA, CO, HI, NY, and WA. This information applies only to individuals working in these states. The anticipated starting pay range is: $143,700 - $191,600. Unless already included in the posted pay range and based on eligibility, the role may include variable compensation in the form of bonus, commissions, or other discretionary payments.
