Magazine’s Top 5000 Fastest Growing Companies.Job ResponsibilitiesExperience architecting, designing, deploying, and managing of ServiceNowExperienced within the ServiceNow CMDB (cloud based)Knowledge of ITSM, Service Catalogs, Change Control/Change Management, HAM, and SAM for large scale enterprise customers with large distributed business units or state agenciesIntegrating ServiceNow with other systems and mechanismsMaintaining and upgrading the platform, including user management and system configurationsIdentifying and resolving issues related to the platform through debugging &/or troubleshootingWorking with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions to ensure successful implementation and efficiencyStreamline documentation on system changes and configurationsDevelop and execute test plans to ensure overall quality of ServiceNow solutionsMonitor systems stability to prevent service degradation or interruption.
