Requirements and responsibilities

* 5+ years of backend engineering experience. * Strong Python expertise; Django familiarity preferred. * Graduate from a top-tier IIT (Top 5) with a CS degree. * Prior startup experience—ideally as a founder or early engineer. * Comfortable leading technical direction in fast-paced environments. * Architect and build scalable backend systems using Python (Django a plus). * Lead infrastructure projects that support massive enterprise workloads. * Drive technical decisions and backend architecture across the platform. * Collaborate closely with founders and product leadership. * Turn ambitious ideas into production-grade launches.
