I also facilitate cross-cultural communication, collaboration, and learning among diverse teams and stakeholders.I have more than seven years of experience in HR management, with a focus on culture development, operational efficiency, and profitability. I have a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Cooperative from Hawassa University, and I have completed two certifications in Software, Programming, and Database Essentials and Recruiting, Hiring, and Onboarding Employees from Coursera. I am a creative and hardworking young professional with a drive to grow and learn in the field of human resources and business development.
