Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience with certifications). * 3+ years of experience in IT systems administration within enterprise environments. * 2+ years of Azure cloud platform administration and Office 365 management. * Strong experience with Active Directory, Windows Server administration, and remote IT support. * Intermediate skills in PowerShell scripting, SharePoint administration, and network administration (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN). * Basic to intermediate knowledge of Python scripting (debugging and modification). * Familiarity with HubSpot, Asana, and ERP system support is a plus. * Relevant certifications preferred: Microsoft Azure Administrator (AZ-104), Microsoft 365 Administrator (MS-102), CompTIA A+/Network+/Security+, or ITIL Foundation. * Strong problem-solving, time management, and communication skills with customer service orientation. Responsibilities: * Manage and optimize Azure cloud infrastructure, ensuring security, cost-efficiency, and system reliability. * Administer and support Office 365 environments, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive. * Provide systems administration for Windows Server and Active Directory, including user provisioning, group policies, and security permissions. * Deliver IT support and helpdesk services by troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues for remote users. * Monitor system performance, perform audits, and ensure compliance with security standards and best practices. * Debug and maintain Python scripts for automation and integration tasks. * Collaborate with external IT consultants on infrastructure improvements, security audits, and process optimization. * Maintain up-to-date documentation, user guides, and technical reports.
